I have every confidence in your nurses and aides. Your staff is great. Everyone is friendly and congenial, and also very competent. I feel totally at ease at your facility; I have been there four times and have not experienced one negative yet. I found everyone to be very helpful, Dr. Lacey is a very kind man and puts you at ease. I was very satisfied with the way I was treated. Everyone was very nice and very pleasant. The doctor was very nice. He explained everything to me. The staff was very helpful and professional at the same time. I was treated as a person not a number. Very appreciated! I had some difficulty during recovery period and the staff response was prompt and skillful. I was treated with unlimited kindness even though I know the girls had to stay late to care for me. You all should be proud to be employed at WSEC. As a healthcare worker I am aware of how important that is. I think you guys are great! I had a wonderful experience. You guys felt like family. I have never had such outstanding service as from this center. From the moment I arrived, until the minute I was discharged, made me feel very as ease! I felt that my entire experience at your office was positive and the entire staff has my gratitude and respect for their attitude and caring. You are the best!! The thought of having a first time colonoscopy leaves you with a very uneasy feeling, for many reasons. From the first smiling face and welcome at the reception desk to the last person seeing me out the door, the entire experience was a positive one. The nurses and doctor were most attentive and put me at ease with explaining what was going to happen. This was done in a most professional manor with a bit of homor added in too. Assembling so many "Femmes Fatales" in your center, was a master stroke, thank you, it was almost like being on vacation. The young lady that processed my incoming documents is special. She is a real sweet heart in my book. In reference to my procedure which took place in December.... I want to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Lacey and the staff of fine nurses who went out of their way to help me feel at ease and relaxed. This is my fourth procedure and the easiest. Even the IV was so gentle I hardly felt it. Everyone on the staff werre very kind and thoughtful, they must have special training on how to take good care of you. That was the best experience I have ever had at a clinic.
