COMMENTS:

Everyone at the center was very kind and caring; they answer all my questions for me, it was very clean and pleasant to be there. I would tell all my friends to go to West Shore Endoscopy center; and Dr. Parascandola was wonderful. He set up all my other appointments for me, he ordered blood work to be done on me. I asked my family doctor to do all kinds of blood work; and he didn't think it was necessary. I am really glad I came to him. He's a wonderful doctor.

The nursing staff was wonderful - very attentive and caring which is important when the patient is not feeling well and a little apprehensive of the procedure. I appreciate the call back the evening after the procedure and the morning after the procedure. I felt if something was wrong there was someone who cared and someone I could "get a hold of" to express my concerns. Thank you.

The physical environment (office experience, etc.) is very patient friendly.

I was very nervous about the procedure. All of the attending nurses were very nice, friendly, and helpful. They really helped bring the stress level down and make the procedure as pleasant as possible. My thanks to all the staff.

I was extremely impressed with your facilities and staff. The waiting room was the nicest I've been in. The nurses were wonderful - warm, welcoming, caring - I felt genuine concern and was made to feel completely comfortable. The environment was clean but not sterile feeling - I liked that it was so comfortable. No one enjoys getting these procedures done, but you made it as pleasant as possible.

All of you were wonderful! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The facility is excellent and well organized. Staff performed well and very pleasant. The doctor is a reflection of his dad who was my doctor. The facility and services are excellent. The doctor was pleasant and friendly.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved in my care on Thursday 3/23/06. Dr. Paul Kunkel, Bill Harding CRNA, Erin, Carol, Deborah, Isabel and the front desk. I am a CRNA and I find it difficult to be the one on the other side. Everyone was very nice and professional. Thanks for taking such good care of me. Your office looks like it runs very smooth.
